Until I get out of here
All I’ve got is what surrounds me

There are two major things a travelblogger wishes for.
- A fully sponsored trip around the world
- Visa free travels
Yes! Many travel enthusiasts would rather have someone pay for their trip while they explore new territories; and live in the moment for the moment. Or they would prefer spontaneity; pick up their backpacks and fly to wherever they want, whenever they want. But we do not always get what we want, do we? So what I believe in is that we can make use of what we have now. Thus chancing upon a fully sponsored trip around the world might be nearly impossible but travelling to visa free countries is possible depending on which part of the world you come from.
As a Ghanaian travelblogger who knows the struggle and stress in acquiring a visa, I will like to advise my fellow Ghanaian travellers to halt a bit on traveling to countries where visas are required. I am not asking you to forget your dreams of seeing the Eiffel tower, the Tower bridge, the Empire State Building, the Colosseum, the Parthenon or any of those amazing historical sights, architecture, beaches and parks. What I am asking you to do is to consider countries that are visa free for your next holiday. Some of these countries require no visas at all while others offer you visa on arrival.
Ever since the Ghanaian passport acquired a ranking of the 73rd position in the world according to the Visa Restrictions Index in 2016, Ghanaians were given access to 64 countries (visa free or visa on arrival). There are 38 countries you can visit without a visa and 26 you can obtain visa on arrival. This include 30, 12, 6, 13, 3 in Africa, Asia, Australia & Oceania, North America and South America respectively. All you will need to visit these countries is your Ghanaian passport and your travel money. You can have up to 6 month stay in these countries.
Still not convinced??? Well, I will be dedicating the following weeks to sharing with you the 64 countries you have access to and reasons why you should visit. These countries may not have all you want to see but these would be stress free. So until you get to go to where you want to, why don’t you spend some time at the places that actually need you?
